These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FlashNet internet services provided by Swift Network Technologies Ltd. ("FlashNet", "we", "us", "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
FlashNet provides high-speed internet access, TV, and related services. Service availability, speeds, and pricing are subject to change based on location and network conditions. All services are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Payment is due monthly in advance. If payment is not received, we may suspend or terminate your service. A late fee of 2% per month may apply to overdue balances.
Any equipment provided by FlashNet (e.g., modem, router) remains our property. You must return it in good condition upon termination of service; otherwise, a fee of up to $100 per device may apply.
If you choose a term plan (e.g., 2-year contract), early cancellation may result in a fee equal to 50% of the remaining monthly charges. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Promotional rates may have specific terms disclosed at sign-up.
FlashNet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding six months. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
