This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of FlashNet internet services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit threatening, harassing, abusive, or defamatory content.
• Distribute spam, malware, or engage in phishing.
• Interfere with the operation of our network or other users.
• Operate servers for commercial purposes (e.g., web hosting, mail servers) without explicit permission.
• Engage in excessive bandwidth consumption that negatively impacts other users.

2. Network Management

FlashNet reserves the right to manage its network to ensure optimal performance for all users. This may include traffic shaping, throttling, or blocking of certain protocols. Unlimited plans are subject to fair usage limits as outlined in our service descriptions.

3. Enforcement

We may monitor your use of the service and investigate suspected violations. If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may issue a warning, suspend, or terminate your service without notice. In serious cases, we may report illegal activity to law enforcement.

4. Reporting Violations

5. Modifications

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
